The difference I would suggest is whether there is a desire to get that cock to cum from head or to cum some other way, for example by fucking. I know I suck a cock in a very different way when I intend for the guy to blow his load down my throat as opposed to when I'm trying to get him hard enough to fuck me. The skills are the same, but the way one uses those skills are different since working a dick to get it hard enough to fuck you requires you to know when to stop.
