Sucking cock without condoms appears to be a fairly regular activity for many guys in Thailand, especially those who frequent saunas, cinemas, toilets, parks etc.

Has anyone ever heard of anyone contracting HIV from sucking cock in Thailand? I'm just curious to know whether you guys who suck cock in Thailand are concerned or have experienced any health problems.

Let's discuss this in scientific terms- The HIV plague has been with us now for a quarter of a century. After an ENORMOUS amount of research, certain facts hold true:

If you are anally passive, and don't use protection (You get fucked bareback).. BINGO, congratulations! you are virtually guaranteed HIV and, ultimately, AIDS... one of the most unpleasant ways imaginable to die..

But, beware of the various strains of hepatitis which can NOT be cured with antibiotics. These are particularly a risk with unprotected anal activity, be it oral or otherwise...

Study links cancer to oral sex

Certain cases of mouth cancer appear to be caused by a virus that can be contracted during oral sex, a Swedish study shows.

People who contract a high-risk variety of the human papilloma virus, HPV, during oral sex are more likely to develop mouth cancer, according to a study conducted at the Malmoe University Faculty of Odontology in southern Sweden.

"You should avoid having oral sex," dentist and researcher Kerstin Rosenquist, who headed the study, told Swedish news agency TT.

HPV is a wart virus that causes many cervical cancers.

Comparing 132 patients with mouth cancer with a control group of 320 healthy people, Rosenquist found that 36 per cent of the cancer patients were carriers of HPV while only 1 per cent of the control group had the virus.

The main factors that contribute to mouth cancer, most commonly contracted by middle-aged and older men, are smoking and drinking alcohol, scientists agree.

"But in recent years the illness has been on the rise among young individuals and we don't know why. But one could speculate that this virus [HPV] is one of the factors," Rosenquist said.

Her findings confirm other international studies in recent years.

HPV has been known to cause genital warts and genital (cerival and anal) cancer for years...and there is an associated oral cancer in relation to "genital warts" ....but the good news is there is a new vaccine which can prevent HPV transmission and also can reduce cancer development once infected....this vaccine will be available on the market within the year... Out of absolute fear of contracting HIV, I have stopped cruising for good. No more toilets, cinemas and malls for me. I'm just too scared now. To respond simplistically-- the answer to the above query is "NO"-- but after my undergoing an ill throat for almost a month and still working on it through prescribed medication, I just might have to get some flavored condoms in order to enjoy all of those turgid big cocks that are in existence.
