New Lodging at Jontiem Beach???

This past December and January, I went to Jontiem Beach twice when I was in Pattaya. There is a newish resort hotel right on the beach which is a beautiful piece of architecture. It's not too far from Dontang Beach or the restaurant that's frequented by gays. Does anyone know of its name and if it has a website? Also, does anyone know of its 'guest' policy?

I'd like to know because I would like to stay there next time I'm in Pattaya if the price is right.

No joiner's fees!

I find that if you ring them or maybe e-mail them you get better rates. The last time I tried it was Bt2800 for a standard room.

If anyone else intends to respond to my query, your information would be appreciated, but I thank the two guys who did respond.

Although I found the outside of this lodging to be quite enticing and beautiful, especially being located at Jontiem Beach, when I went to the website, I, personally, did not like to rates requested for their rooms. But, again, I have to think about this deeply.

Thanks again, fellows!

Internet rates

On the website Room Rates page each room type has an "Internet Rate" botton which takes you to a booking availability request form. I sent one off for early May to see what they offer. Maybe axiom would like to do the same for his intended stay and we can see what they come up with.

I no longer get embarrassed when asking for discount in Asia. The answer if so often yes. I recently decided to buy a Canon Pixma MP150 all-in-one printer. The price on "to home" mail order was Bt3790. In Pattaya's Tukcom I found one at Bt4100 best discount Bt4000. I walked around and found one at Bt4200. I said "too expensive what is best price" the girl looked panicked and said "How much you pay" I offered Bt3800. She made a phone call and that's what I paid. I saw the model in Carrefour yesterday at Bt3790. I don't bargain in the big supermarkets but most department stores will give you at least 5%.
