Yes ! A new rooftop garden has been opened this week .

There are 4 small benches ( removed from the cosy and cruisy corner just behind private cabins )

But I am not sure if it's going to be busy , becuase it's a rainy season now . Once it rains heavily , I guess they might come up to the lookout for mass masterbation .
Actually the concentration on the lookout was dispersed yesterday , maybe beacause of the new garden .

By the way , I saw at least 5 farang customers there yesterday .
Some of them were quite aggressive .
I hope they ( 39 ) wouldn't charge usEXTRA for this .
