Only thing works for me at my tender age is Muse which is VERY expensive and only available at some hospitals via an Rx.

I suggest a much better alternative- 5 of these tablets in a blender with some garlic,(crushed) - basil and half a pint of double cream gives a most execelent pasta sauce- serve hot with penne (al dente) and shrimpls
