Rock Hard Raided !!!

Just after 10.30 last night I popped into Rock Hard in Jomtien. The back room was empty but 3 or 4 boys followed me in. NEW (who is 20) sat with me and we’d just been served drinks when 5 of Pattaya’s best flat –foots (aka undercover police) barged in. I sipped my orange juice while they photographed all the boys, the toilet, the shower etc. and did a token search of the lockers. They ignored me completely, and the I.D. checks showed all boys were over 18. After about 15 minutes they were still hanging around the front bar. So I paid my bill, tipped NEW and left. (The bar lease is for sale at 1.5 million baht and the owner has apparently returned to USA)

The joke of course is that I’ve never come across any underage boy in any bar in Jomtien, whilst Sunnee Plaza continues to teem with underage boys with new bars opening on a weekly basis!

Kaojai....trust me when I tell you that you missed absolutely NOTHING by not finding Crystal. (For your future reference, it is on the same soi as Wild West....just past the entrance to BoysTown, and right next to Cafe New Orleans.) I spend several evenings in there last month, at the insistence of my American muscle-worshipping friend. Even he declared the place a ZERO. He did take out lad #52 (the ONLY guy in there with any type of muscular structure) and, after prying him away from the mirror in the bathroom in his hotel room, was able to give the guy a blow job...but nothing more.

I've slept my way through the show at Wild West that the mamasan gushed on about. It's pathetic....and that's being kind.

Save yourself time, energy and money. Forget about Pattaya and save yourself for BKK. You know you'll be glad you did.

billinbkk 20th March 2008 05:10 PM

The guys at Crystal are nothing more than bar boys. There is one guy with muscles. There are several with no muscular definition at all. There are a couple who are pudgy. In total, you'll never find more than 15 guys there at a time. I'd guess that they're mostly straight, although they show absolutely NO interest in the customers as they are much more interested in looking at each other's mobile phones. Crystal is a pathetic place. It can't last long. Save your time, frustration and money.

billinbkk 21st March 2008 02:50 AM

Kaojai,

The guys that were at Crystal for their "grand" opening were imorted from BKK for the night. None of the guys pictured there works in the place. Stay with your regular there and send me a PM when you next come to BKK. I'll take you round and show you some of the underbelly of BKK. (Bring your knee pads!!)

billinbkk 21st March 2008 04:32 AM

They were Tawan Club boys as well as friends of the guys from Tawan club. Most of them weren't bar boys at all but were interested in earning a little bit of extra money posing for one evening. They weren't available for take-out. It was all a marketing ploy......sad but true.

Yes, remount and get up here. I, however, much prefer it if I can find a stallion who will mount me........

[quote=Kaojai;659487] HOWEVER, may we assume that these guardians of the front door are available for off site employment ???

They're all available. I'm reminded of the time a couple of years ago when I was in Butts, paying THB 100 per load from the guys jerking off there. The word spread and, before I knew it, the noodle seller who was working on the street outside was standing in front of my table with his pants at his ankles. In Pattaya, ANYTHING can be had.

biggles69 24th March 2008 09:57 AM

Quick update.
Birdcage (Day Night Plaza) has HOT go go boys dancing vigourously in large birdcages around the joint. They boys shuffling on stage look pretty lean and ordinary by comparison.
New Star Boys now has one of the better looking collections.
Dynamite also lots of well fed twinks and fun show (same dwarf trannie there)
Vassa worth a look for the rougher farm boy types
Cops enforcing 3 am shut down on discos that were open until 5 or 6am

Sanook maak maak!

biggles69 25th March 2008 03:46 PM

Dear Kaojai, Don't give up now! I think you should check out Vassa next......small, intimate and much more flirty.

By the way, did you have to pay more to off a "birdcage boy" than a stage shuffler? I got the impression that the showbirds were more for looks than take out.

rubyhanoi 26th March 2008 06:49 PM

After at least 5 years, I returned for a 2 day visit to Pattaya with my favorite boy in tow.

Really didn't like it at all:

- Stayed at the Cafe Royale which I liked.
- Went to two recommended bars on Soi 1 and saw too many fem boys and left right away.
- Then went to Boyz (x3) and found no mamasan, only snarly waiters. The boys change position after a full song is played with makes for very tedious viewing. I am not quite used to bargaining with the boys.
- Finally offed a boy from Funny Boys. (I think #21) Good sex but abit soft - he said we were his 2nd customer that night.
- Went dancing at X-Ray. I was being pick up by 2 cute boys. I declined. When we left, we were threatened by the table behind for some unknown reason. My Thai Boy was very upset and called Pattaya way too "Mafia" for his taste.
- The highlight of the trip was watching the umbrella boys set up their seats on the beach in front of Boystown the next morning.

billinbkk 27th March 2008 05:04 PM

[quote=Kaojai;659560]

I think there was one other customer, but he as well as three of the four bird cages were pretty well screened from my view and the flashing lights made it difficult to see some of the boys very well.

I am not at all surprised to read that, after a month or so, this place is down to two customers. That building has housed more bars in the past 10 years that I could begin to count. I'm not sure it would matter WHAT you put in there....it's just too far from the "normal" places for most drunk farangs to walk.

biggles69 27th March 2008 07:10 PM

........but, I can always park right outside Birdcage, and its then half way between Boystown (where there's no parking) and Sunee (where's there's no parking). The touts from Birdcage even run down to help me back in if its tight!

It's a shame it never seems to succeed as its actually the most spacious, professional, well lit bar with good music. The caged dancers are HOT........and there's a sweet bar boy called Todt (age 21, No 11 I think) who will suggest 2 or 3 other hot boys from other bars to join with for a party. Sanook :)

-- Last fri., (27th.), I went to DONGTAN BEACH - JOMTIEN; arr'd. around mid-a'noon. and went to my usual concession, (in front of AVALON HTL. and by the 1st. hawng nahm), that's run by Khun Om - wearing a short, tightly wound & rainbow colored sarong with one end looped over his shoulder - assisted by Khun Liaow - dressed in a black tank top over a tight pr, of bk. briefs: attentive young men, the latter especially who sat-on my lap and - after a while - offered to shew me where the hawng nahm is! ;)
- Not too many beach-chairs occupied; so the pr. of young men had plenty of time to play around. I noticed that the young man at the next concession - wearing a pr. of short & v. tight red colored trunks wch left little if anything to one's imagination - was also busy shewing-off his body; facially I'd say that he's no longer in the first flush of youth; but still - to these olde & tired eyes - a desireable body.
- All of the usual beach traders offering the customary svces, trinkets and so on and so forth.

-- My man friend and I went there on the sat. a'noon.. Khun Om was LESS his previously exuberant self and Liaow was having the day off.
- Again not all that busy, possibly because the weather was cloudy dull?

-- Fri. evening I went to ROCK HARD BAR - JOMTIEN COMPLEX; arr'd. around 21-30.hrs. to what I saw is an Host Bar.
- Not busy, (possibly I was there too early)?
- I went inside at sat towards the rear wall, where - after a while - I was joined by Khun Boi: 21YO. from I-San and who'd been working there only a few weeks.
- We moved across to the other side where Khun Boi positioned the portable drinks' stand and the curtain to make a little alcove and to give us some privacy. Needless to write we were both willing and I smoked him to an happy ending.
- For his soft drink and for my whisky & water I was charged 120.Bh..

0.2.- Outdoors:
0.2.1.- Swimming pool - approx. 16.x32ft. with a cascade at the deeper end.
0.2.2.- Circular Jacuzzi.
0.2.3.- 12 recliners covered with vinyl covered padding, (much more comfortable that BABYLON SAUNA.). Also chairs, tables and umbrellas.
1..- 1st. floor:
1.1.- Dark rooms, one of wch. has a sling. While all dk. rms. have doors none has a lock, so it's customary for users to slide the bed to block the door.
1.2.- Toilets & showers.
1.3.- On the balcony are 3 fair sized massage rooms, each with a std. sized table, en-suite toilets, showers etc..
2.- 2nd. fl.:
2.1.- Large steam room; also dry-heat sauna.
2.2.- Toilets & showers.
2.3.- Large and seemingly under-used Sitting room that leads-out to a balcony.
3.- TOP fl.:
3.1.- Large space with slatted board flooring: dimly lit; furnished with a padded table and a couple of padded benches .

-- ETA. 15.30.hrs..
- Plenty of elderly farangs in evidence, some with their Thai boyz.
- MORE Thais starting arriving around 17.30.hrs..
- I noticed that many farangs were busy enjoying eachother, often with the doors wide OPEN, around wch. crowded many voyeurs; thus plenty of oportunities for fingers to do some walking - ha!
- As a 'New **** on the block.' I enjoyed a certain amt. of welcum att'n.!
- I supped at around 19.30.hrs.; prices comparable or slightly cheaper than BABYLON: for 1xLasagne, 1 glass red wine, 1 glass soft drink and 1xcoffee I was charged 340.Bh.. Waiter svce. attentive and not pushy.
- Many Thais started to leave around 21.hrs..
- I left around 22.20.hrs.; just as the Receptionist was making a PA. call that the sauna would be CLOSING in 20mins. time.

Muscular guys

Hello,

As I can read, there are not a lot of muscular boys in Pattaya. Are there particular bars where it is easier to find muscular boys ? I think bodybuilding types is not possible but maybe great shape with 6 packs abs.

Cheers,
Lionel.

Unfortunately Crystal Boys closed 6 months ago. It was the only real muscle bar in Pattaya. Apart from that it's pot luck and you may find the odd "body beautiful" in Boys, Boys, Boys, - Wild West Boys and Copa Bar , all in the 3 Boystown sois. Avoid Sunnee and Jomtien if u want muscle.

- Seeing some of the pathetic-looking & elderly farangs, (such as 'The Pest.'), patrolling-around SILOM COMPLEX SHOPPING PLAZA, BIG C - R'DAMRI. and suchlike I can see u'stand. their feelings of incredible loneliness.
- But possibly after yrs. of easy living with their two-martini lunches. etc.. they've allowed their bodies - and probably their minds, too - to deteriorate so that few if any self-respecting boyz would want to be seen with them. Sad, really.

I always find it interesting to see how people project their own unconscious fears onto others. You can tell a lot about someone's anxieties by the jokes they tell. Too many jokes about Viagra, say, and you know exactly what their problem is (at least as seen by themselves). Similarly, this sort of message tells us a lot about the writer's unconscious anxieties about getting old.
