Help for a massage-boy

As some of you may remember, I had a thread here a year ago regarding a massage-boy, who is a friend of mine - with a fore-skin problem.
He is around 20, very nice, good-looking, slim body and a nice big dick.
All good - but he has a problem; his fore-skin is extremely tight with almost no opening at all.
This takes away a lot of the fun for me - and certainly for him too.
Not to talk about his problems with hygiene......
Fo very long I have tried to convince, pursuade and bribe him yto have it fixed - and he has been to a doctor who (of course) recommended a small operation.
And that is the problem - He is soooo afraid of the operation!
His english is poor and my Thai is ever worse so I need some help by someone speaking Thai to concince him!!!!!
I have tried with phrases provided long ago here at cfs-
He donīt want me to give his name and working-place here but I can do it in a "private" e-mail if someone is volonteering to help. (icon513??)
I am in Bangkok now but will leave tomorrow Wednesday evening.
I am nomally a good pursuader - but with him I have to give up :-(
Ron

-- Of what is he afraid?
1.- Pain? Possibly a local anaesthetic might handle that?
2.- A botched op.? He'll have to rely-upon the Dr's. skills.
3.- Anything else?

Well, as I wrote we almost only have the body-language in common. That is why it is difficult to convince him.
I also think he is "from very simple back-ground" and operations at hospital is not what he is used to.
That must also be why this was not taken care of long ago - initiated by his parents, who MUST have seen this without doing anything.
However, I am sure that he is afraid of the pain and maybe also of the problems during the weeks thereafter.
He WANTS to do it but do not dare. Better sex and better hygien are the arguments I have used. And "you will get a mobile-phone when you show me your dick-head"
I wish I could speak Thai.

I'd suggest he talk to the boy who I sponsored this very type of operation for a few years ago, but he's very shy and probably wouldn't want to. Can you get him to go in and at least talk to a sympathetic surgeon, who might help to calm his nerves? I know one at Bangkok General Hospital, but you might prefer to choose some place to convenient to where you are.

Yes icon, so far I have managed to get him.
He made an appointment at a hospital (Bangkok Christian, I think) and met a doctor who told him that an operation was the only solution.
This scared him so much that I donīt think he knows how an operation like that is done.
He just thinks knifes......
I will meet him again tomorrow at my hotel before departure for Europe - but body-language and gestures are not enough to convince him.
He works pretty close to Silom Complex/Silom Central.
I am surethat money is not the problem as he have earned quite a lot both from me and others - and I offered long ago to sponsor him but that was politely refused.
The problems with not the best sex he is used to but I mainly worry about hygiene...

-- RoNo,
- Your concerns about pers. hygiene are appreciated and u'stood..
- From your postings may one presume that he's a money-boi working in SILOM COMPLEX SHOPPING PLAZA and the neighbourhood?
- If so then possibly some 'Talking boyz.' might know him and might - as TH.-boi to Th.-boi - be able to help? But then one does realize that many TH.-boyz might be reluctant to talk-about such intimate and pers. matters, even amongst themselves.
- Possibly 'SWING.', (S*x Workers IN Gp., they have their off'ce. on P. Phong 2.), might be able to help?
