-- Since writing my previous posting I see that the GLOBAL DR. has moved to inside the HOLIDAY INN - SILOM; other data remain unchanged and the same.

Last year, when in BKK with friends, one of them got food poisoning. Stayed at Pinnacle and asked reception to get Doctor for my friend as he couldn't get up to go to the nearest hospital. The Dr told us he's based in Shangri La hotel and we knew we were in trouble when the bill came. Just medication and a shot cost a whopping bht5000! So, its always good to be prepared with medication from home.

Same hotel recommended BNH Convent hospital and general doctor and chemist there charged reasonable.
