this is common for most ''gay'' accomm. Pretends to be boutiqeu-ish (oh-spelling police now-I am not english) to be able to charge even more. Is also quite unknown-was ravaged by floods in 2011/sept. Thus misses the critical mass to attract others inside.
ON the BKK listings-for the record;
TimBukTU-in faraway Sapan Mai is closed-in fact did not reopen after last years floods (2-3 mtrs for 2-3 weeks in this area)

Club One Seven is a very nice place beside the river but it suffers from 2 weaknesses -- its location and the high entry price.
