-- An elderly, indecisive & English acquaintance has been here in BKK. for the last ten or so days, during wch. he has visited BABYLON SAUNA twice - the last time being on sunday 29 jan., (wch., for some reason, he thought was a monday and wondered why it was so busy!),;
- Last visit's ETA./ETD. approx. 15.30./18.30.hrs.; - He reported that it was extremely busy - especially the larger steam-room by the Inner Courtyard; - By his estimate ratio of farangs:Thais was 60:40.; he reckoned, too, that a goodly proportion of the farangs were in the late 30s/early 40s.age gp.. -- E&OE. as reported speech. --

did the hand of discretion...
ur also starting to talk funny funny talk? plzzz for general info - BB was so packed the last 10 days with chinese new year guys- obviously mostly chinese but also o.f. "s (overseas farangs) that if there is a complain ab BB it can only be that the "rest"rooms were dirty due overuse- and not because of the selection of boys/men- as there was plentiful to f around till u dropped dead

-- He did mention that soon after stepping into the Dark Room, next to the Changing Rooms, a mature & Thai man led him into one of the 'Rest rooms', from wch. they emerged some 30 mins. later, both exhausted! - Although whether that exhaustion was caused by olde age, by their exertions or by other causes I didn't ask! --

Hearing about his elderly guy's exhaustion, I guess I'm just lucky that I've never seen one of them needing to be resuscitated on the premises while visiting Babylon. This would be quite a turn-off.
EDIT: Same with a young guy with a similar predicament. I don't want to come across as ageist.

-- I reckoned that it was time that I revisited BABYLON SAUNA., thus I went thither y'day., 19 feb., a'noon.;
- ETA./ETD.: 15.50.-22.oo.hrs.; - Week-end's adm'n.: 260.Bh.; -- At that time approx. 60 or so in the gen'l. are of the outdoors' swimming pool, of whom I'd guesstimate that some 55%. were farangs, mostly of a certain age, and - apart from a couple or so still in remarkably good trim - shewing it; regretably all too many of the others were more Orientals than Ornamentals; - Neither the uipstairs' dark room nor the smaller steam-room was all that busy; - In the Inner Courtyard, (OPENS at 17.hrs.), initially neither the larger steam-room nor the Jacuzzi was all that busy - the latter's occupancy was intermittent; - However, after approx. 18.30.hrs. more people started coming-in to avail of the facilities and both places became MORE active; - I went to supper in the GF. Rest't. from approx. 19.30.-20.30.hrs.; at first the rest't. wasn't too full, but later on there were a score of so of Happy Eaters therein; - Afterwards it was back to the larger steam room and to the Jacuzzi. In the former some other man was quite prepared to offer me the Final Favor even though neither of us had a Condom between us - so much for SAFE SEX! Just before leaving I smoked some young man in the Jacuzzi during wch. three others entered him in succession - I hoped that for all of their sakes Condoms were used? -- For my money, and to these tired & olde eyes, one of the most attractive of the younger Thais whom I saw there is one of the young waiters in the Inner Courtyard. -- Frankly I can't write that I shall be in too much of an hurry to return thither; 'Where have all of the young men gone?' --

-- Based upon earlier obsv'ns. I used to think that those who had the better rate of picking-up companions for their time in BABYLON SAUNA, (and maybe later, too), were those gentlemen of portly physiques, v. much of stout stature: 'A full stomach = a full rice-bowl = a full wallet.' - although I do realize that that might be rendering a dis-service to many parties concerned.
-- However, my last visit - posting #266. above - contradicted my previous obsv'ns.: neither the stout parties nor us skinnier ones enjoyed much success, instead those who were successful appeared to be men in their mid-fifties or thereabouts and adequately covered but without shewing signs of any approaching obesity. --

-- My elderly, Frequently-visiting & Am. Friend mentioned to me a conversation that he'd had recently with a visiting acquaintance from KUCHING, who's visited BABYLON SAUNA several times during the Songkran-week:
- Reportedly twice that he visited he had to wait for up to half-an-hour for admission - the SAUNA was so busy that it had run-out of available lockers. - Nothing was asked or said about any activities therein: -- E&OE. as reported speech. --
