Are there any other places with mostly (>70%) bodybuilders or hunks other than Tawan in Bangkok ?

Please give details like the level of service, boys, price, location etc.

hello, but sorry-cannot remember having seen or noted any other-as fas as bars etc go.
The training place in Lumpini park is often mentioned for that too-but it seems that also mainly Tawan staff doing their work-outs.
Real bodybuilding simply is not at all popular here in Thaild.

I don't understand why some guys (even some straights--from what I can see cruising straight ads) shave around their pubes, and even shave their chest, etc. It's much better to have the hair. If anyone who shaves is reading this, you might want to consider that many people prefer the hair. And again, tattoos (any tattoo whatsoever) are a total turnoff for me. And a lot of guys are not impressed with artificial steroid-induced muscles which are immediately spotted as fake, and not attractive anyway.

-- In my ltd. experience of the possibly only farang-friendly sauna here in BKK. - BABYLON SAUNA - I've noted that in the dark rooms and in the steam rooms the first place that many Thais feel for is the chest: if that's even moderately hairy then they'll turn-away; should the chest be smooth, either naturally, or by shaving, or by waxing, or by whatever, then they'll feel the forearms, and if hairy they'll be unlikely to pursue anything else with that particular person.

-- As a personal statement: of all the various Thais whom I've met during my score or so of yrs. here, there have been LESS than the number of fingers on one hand who've not objected, even if only mildly, to chest hair; the others have made known their views all too obviously.

I really think they feel the chest to see if one is old or fat. I don't think they're feeling because they dislike hair (other than that it would indicate age). I don't remember anyone feeling my forearms. I have almost no hair on my chest, but they reject me anyway (I do have a little bulge and am not muscular).

Which is one of the reasons why many Thai men will automatically shampoo their hair (on their head), as well as their whole body of course, before sex.

Ultimately it's horses for coures, It's well established that the majority of Asians prefer other Asians. That's life.

Yes, and fairly universal for all races. I was recently in the US at a sauna, and there was a gorgeous Vietnamese guy who nobody else appeared interested in (other than myself of course). But the truth is that in those days there was a quite negative attitude towards Asian men at gay venues in Australia and against caucasinas who liked Asian men. And quite often caucasians made rude and caustic remarks to causasians. And for many years in both Syney and Melbourne there were specific venues where the customers were Asians looking for other Asians and some looking for caucasians and 99% of the cuacasian customers were primarily interested in Asian men.

Maybe those venues still operate? Hope the attitudes have changed.
