Well let's get to the bottom line here.

Young men who work in these places are there for one thing; trying to make some money, and for a very very large percentage it would not be their chosen work if they had other options.

Most are hoping they can make some big bucks and move along (after all they hear lots of stories, and are often given over the top hopes by venue owners). Some of course stay because they find they can put up with the whole thing for a possibly better than average monthly income.

And, as most 'visitors' to Thailand know, through various processes, pretty much all Thais believe that all westerners are rich. Rightly or wrongly that's the impression Thai's have. And it's not only Thailand, I often work in Vietnam. In the same 'trade' working men have the same impression; all westerners are rich.

re 2: Most ''common Thai'' (and esp. the Sino-Thai bisnis driving group) see ANY whitenose as obsessed with sex and just chasing after Thai girls (or, if that takes too long to materialize-they will grasp it will be boys). They tend to see ANY whatever innocent friendly approach or small talk as a try to hook-up. LIke so many Thai they are unable to think out of their own created mindset box. (this applies to many other things in life too).
And for sextile: Ive sent you a PM on your uncle yahoo from profile.
For our dear Mr. Mac/k/aroni: as it seems you are back in town-the long trip to this place might be slightly disppointed-your fave choice of boys is not well represented there.

- Back in the room - having noted the tray with a couple of Condoms & a tube of lube. - I saw that masseur Nu was awaiting me with just a towel wrapped around him; but that was removed soon after I laid-down on the mattress;
- Well - the masseur didn't waste all that much time in hinting at his preferences: an initial & exploratory massage saw him sitting astride me within the first ten mins. But this time - remembering my previous experience with masseur Sai-Fa - I resolved neither to wiggle my arse nor to give any suggestive hints about being ready for the Final Favor;
- A more std. massage was given for my feet, calves, thighs & glutes. - not forgetting those places ... of course! Basically more of a 'Lick and a promise.' as one says than a good massage; rating 5/10.;
- Masseur Nu decided that enough was enough, opened the tube of K-Y. to shew what he sought; the way and frequency that he had been rubbing himself against me gave me an indic'n. of his endowment: short/avg. but quite thick, uncut.
- So I gave him the Final Favor, after wch. he offered the same to me - an offer that I accepted and for wch. he insisted that I lie-back on the mattress while he seated himself atop of me;
- After wch. some more massage for my chest before both of us went to the shower - this without my asking him, after washing & drying me he took a shower on his own;
- Total time in the massage room would have been just over one hour.

-- Downstairs I was offered a welcome cup of hot tea, wch. I drank while Sai-Fa & I chatted about this and that; after wch., at his request, I gave him my cell-'phone's. no. but advising him that I prefered SMS. to voice as I'm not really a cell-'phone. person.

I've always found it rather awkward to go back to a place, depend on the previous boy as translator but not choose him again. Did Sai-fa indicate any disappointment that you wanted someone else? Did you feel obliged to tip him for the translation or other courtesy services in the reception lobby?

In his (max 40/50 english words) he later explained that 1 scrub a month was enough and he could not show off his skills in oil last time. And skills he did have-later told me acquired during a stint in Khorat.
Started with neck-back. As we had 2 hours, time enough. After that was done, a generous amound of oil was again put on my back-and then I got body2body-OH-that was surpassing the old WhiteHouse stdd. His front on my back, his steelhard K in his briefs (no fear for his now cheap pants getting spoilt) riding up, his hands on my front and playing soft piano-like and his soft blowing, nuzzling and biting in my ears. (DF=dear friend would have added some sweet words). But I did not yet want the party to end.
After this heavenly bliss some further work: with legs he started at feet and then he sat lotus-style at side and treated the upper leg-firm strokes up and oh-so gently butterflying coming down, slowly exploring the surrounding parts. ''You like?'' Oh-this very muth see-aow! ''I no good massath''-he needed some psychological treatment in reassurement-or maybe just explaining what happens to the male fysiology when you get a little older.

I explained him that some customers might find it better to use that lockable chest for the kapraow ngeun (purse for silver). And I'll try to get him in the shower together).

Dear Mr. Mack-dont worry, this is VERY common for Thai and just a friendly'helping out'' in places where English is a rare commodity. In fact boys may be very pleasantly surprised if you choose them again-they more or less expect customers to try out a load of boys. No need to tip at all-if Sai Fa would be in need of money-he would have got it from the chosen boy.
As I said -on my 1st visit (just after the apparently so felt disappointment of ''in the sky=sai fa'' another friend was foned on the mobuy-he spoke good english, but with a baby crying in the background, I did not feel comfy with that. And my choice was a good one). Thai customers can easily spend up to 30 mins talking with the receptionist about which boy to choose and expecting more in knowledge in return-that is all part of the fee. Just like it would be in any normal massageshop.

Last week I made a trip to K-Male. Thanks to KhunSxtl wondrful directions [posting #19 above] I found it no problem. Just before you get to the Soi there is a large Aeon Shopping Centre on the same side. As it was warm and I was glowing I took a break at one of the many empty tables in the centre of the complex. It was late afternoon so lunch crowd gone. A quick trip to the hong nam... At the procellain pissoir was there for only a few minutes when a fellow appeared next to me dick in hand. Well... I had other plans unfortunately. The place reminded me a bit of BKK years ago when there weren't many farangs about. This area is off the beaten (pun intended) track.

Anyway arrived at K Male. Very welcoming. Good quality facility really. You can hear the folk in the street laughing and chatting. The massage guys are in the glass room. A fellow named Sy Fa swoops out to talk. Not really my cup of tea but I selected him out of curiosity and I'm a SQ. [Whoops too much information.] Ah well what the hell.

I suppose there were about 6 guys there. And a couple of older guys running the place smiling and being generally welcoming. So a good start. Upstairs to the room which is a mattress on the floor. A quick shower which won't turn off. And SF begins 90min massge for 500 baht. Lots of oil too much really. He strips off and indeed has a beautiful body. Nice size thing not the biggest but you wouldn't be able to talk with your mouth full. Ha!

He swirls around a bit but the massage is not hard and pressing. It is really secondary and no surprise. He wants to fuck or be fucked and me to be happy. Nice and open but a bit of turn off for this picky old queen. Nevertheless there was body to body and still I couldn't get excited although highly appreciative. He had a great finish followed by a shower together. Total time probably a little more than an hour. Hot tea provided downstairs.

I will go back and pick one of the other boy next door types. Speaking angrit is not essential for me.

Overall this is a great place and well worth a return visit.
