The Swiss reported this years ago and it has become fairly common belief in Europe, but the Americans are slow in reporting it. Now, with the Wall Street Journal reporting it, perhaps more will learn of this pretty damn important news: HIV positive people do NOT pass HIV when their viral loads are kept under control. Keeping vial loads under control requires medical intervention and what some would consider taking some seriously toxic drugs, but the conclusion of this study is that it is safe for a positive and negative person to have sex under these circumstances.
