Alternative to smoking.

I quit smoking about a year ago. Does anyone have something else I can puff on? Preferably not too big around.

i stopped smoking 3 months ago for surgery/healing.
i have a buddy that stops by about 2x a month to feed me. :-)

I find he helps, but I was smoking a pack a day for decades., so for this quitting to work, I am gonna need a lot more buddies helping me.
