Just got back from visit to Nuevo Laredo, Mexico , which is just across from Laredo , Texas. Basically a re-hash of previous info, just an update. In about ten blocks on the right is a square...last friday night, there were about 6-8 young men hanging out, usually on the street paralleling Ave Guerrero , the main drag. The guys could see i was interested, and were waving and calling out. I dont particularly like this behavior as it calls attention to you and it indicates a certain degree of "hardness" in a mercenary way. I prefer a more subtle approach, so kept driving. Another block down , toward the bridge, see a young man walking, got eye contact, pulled over. In a few seconds he, was in the car. Said he was 19 and from Monterrey , Mexico... and was looking to get back home. So i asked him, what he was looking for...... he took this to mean.."how much". Mavica, this will make you happy, he said 15 dollars. Ok! Thats my kinda price. Well, had a motel nearby... called Villa del Monte, american style, so has a bit of privacy in your comings and goings. My car tho, is pretty distinctive, so when i drive in , the guard runs over and wants to help me park..... I wave him off... dont need help, dont want the attention. Anyway, the young dude was very accomodating, affectionate........ took a shower first....so was clean......and allowed pics. If you guys want, can post a pic of him. Let me know. True to his word, wanted 15, did not ask for more.....just wanted a ride back to where i picked him up..... told him i was tired, so gave him five more for a cab. He said "buena suerte" and was out the door..... Cool.
The main square also had a few dudes hanging out.... but there seems to be some sort of anti-narc push, and there were many soldiers with bullet proof vests, and machine guns on virtually every corner. Needless to say, i did not drive around the square too many times...... after the third circuit, one of those dudes may wanna talk to me........i dont think so!
C'mon.......lets hear some reports, i doubt i am the only guy hitting the borders..... I would like to hear about Matomoros and Monterrey...... a city of four mill........by my math......that means two million men........two million women......is that right?

Will post a pic or two every couple days or so..... this board needs some liven ing up! Anyone who has made a trip to mexico needs to write a little story or two with a tidbit of info. That is what will make this board a valuble tool.....it will narrow your trips out of this country,....save you money, time, and double your fun. So....lets all contribute! I have taken many out of country trips, but due to constraints of traveling companions, time, etc... could not always partake... I have some upcoming events tho... so stay posted.... will add some pics tonite..... pressed for time right now.

Would like some input here. I would not think of going to a city park on a saturday afternoon in texas and approach a young man, and expect to walk away with an "adventure". Yet... in Mexico, i feel it is virtually guaranteed, the proverbial fish in a barrel. What is it? Poverty? Attitude ? Mine, theirs? Different cultural attitude? It seems to me, this is the picture almost anywhere in the world....except the USA(possible exceptions of severely repressive muslim regimes). Brazil, Thailand, Dom Repub, etc. No prob.... any ideas? While we are on the subject, what is everyones favorite destinatin for sampling the local talent? Brazil?

merewanna, I too have wondered and thought what it is about men in Mexico.

For those who still believe it's all macho hetero sex south of the border, get ready for a shock. While some men are completely hetero, it is "not uncommon," and "close to common" for young Mexican men to participate in m2m sex almost as a rite of passage. I wont' begin to understand or explain the psychology of it, but there are several practical reasons:

:mad: Most live at home, and with large families. There is not enough privacy to jack-off much less bring someone home for sex.

Even if they do have the time and means to have a girlfriend, they have little dinero to date, entertain, and certainly none to rent a hotel room.

:D Hey, when you are young, sex is always on your mind!

Along comes someone who has the desire and place to offer a young man sex, and he sees no reason to say no.

:cool: And, culturally, it is expected that if you are older and have more money, you will share some if it without being asked. Over time it has become expected that you demonstrate some generosity.

They usually get a shower, meal and/or drinks, clean place to sleep and/or have sex, usually without worry of being caught by police. Throw in some cash or buy them something they need, and they've had a good day.

Some go on to live a hetero life and never look back. Some are just gay and either live as a gay man, or stay in the closet. Same on both sides of the border.

Because there are indeed many gay Mexicans I try to treat each with as much respect as I can. I don't like the idea of crossing this "fine-line" and having it be more like prostitution. It is not easy for them to be gay in Mexico, and the economics make it even more difficult to be so. I love the naturalness they usually exhibit. There is little or no false inhibition or modesty. It seems a very healthy attitude toward sex, probably because they don't have any Puritans in their background.

Cruising is different in Mexico. It is not necessarily easier, but it is easier to make eye-contact and catch on to the routine. Eye-contact, smile, quick brush or rub of your crotch, smile, glance at their crotch, smile, a simple invitation, and maybe...Sexo!

Grab your crotch and look at another guy's crotch in the states and you may get a dirty look or worse.

Mavica, when i click on mexico...... there is a message at the top that says... tips for attaching a pic. Basically, you have to have pics on the hard drive, hit browse, it will up load the pic, then post it. It took me a try or two, and the pic has to be about 3X4 inches... pretty straight for ward.... Now for the info.. was in reynosa last week-end. Drove around a lot. There were several young men sitting on benches in the zocalo... and there is a street down the hill with several more on the corners. I guess i saw about 10-12 avail....but nothing grabbed me. I tend to go for the younger types, who dont appear to be rough or hardend, so to speak. Also, the last run thru the area, there were some street police walking... and they were talking to the last two guys i saw.....evidently, shaking em down or whatever. So i drove by... they had seen me cruising the area, so the cops waved at me as i drove by...... i pretended not to see them..... any cop in mexico who is on foot, trying to wave me down..... i dont see em.. i quickly vacated the area. Headed to my hotel.... but was thirsty, so stopped at a .....believe it or not...a 7-11. There were 4-5 young men hanging out, and a young guy.... appeared about 18, runs up and starts washing my window...... a common way for young people to make money in mexico . I asked him to go in and buy me some water... and bring it out. He did. I had given him 3 dollars for the water.. he tried to give me change... and i waved it off. Then........ i asked in spanish... 'quieres mas dinero?"... "Si". Ok....encontrarme dos quadras alli"... y hablamos.. In other words... meet me two blocks down, over there and we will talk.. Sure enough, he did.... Then , of course, asked him his name... told him he was handsome... and if he wanted to go for a ride... he appeared a bit confused..... this was prob new to him.... so i laid it out.... show me your dick..i give you twenty dolllars.... again, he hesitated...then... came around and jumped in.. I said, ,, i have a hotel nearby... do you want to come over... he said no....... this was obviously new to him... so .. ok... i said, i want to find a dark , private place...... he said.... drive ahead... we went a few blocks, turned... found a dark street, i parked turned off the light...... and looked at him. To his credit, he slid down his pants...... boom.... had a nice.. BIG.... hard on! This was his first time, but he was taking to it well. So i leaned over and started working on it.....took him awhile... but he did it. Then... he looked at me, grinned and started jacking it... He wanted to go again! Yeah!.... it was his first time.....but getting into it!. I watched him as he brought it to conclusion again... which i just had to taste...mmm . True story.... i promise. Had a private email with a couple questions pertaining to hotels in area and about the area in general. Well, there are numerous motels on texas side in Laredo, several within walking distance to the bridge...... but cabs are plentiful and one could catch one to the bridge......or take a city bus straight to the border. Motels run 20 bucks to 120 on tex side. The street west of the I-35 freeway has a shitload of cheap motels.... and buses run to the border. Its a quick walk across......and the squares are within a few block area of the bridge on the mex side. There are plenty of hotels in the area..... just walk around and look. I drive across and generally choose american style motels for the privacy issue. Cross bridge 1(downtown area)... and on left is Villa del Monte, Tres caminos, etc. These are further in and not really walking distance. But, again, short cheap cab ride and are all on or near Ave Guerrero, the main drag. Cabbies would know these places.
Laredo has a pop of near 200 thou and Nl has around 400 thou.....so about half a mill people in the area. Plenty of opps. for adventure. I know little of gay bars, baths, theatres etc, cause the street cruising is so plentiful and easy. If one is adventurous or is in the area for awhile and gets bored, a city of 4 million(Monterrey) is a two hr drive or cheap bus ride away(about 20 dollars US). I am looking at that one for future exploration. I wish someone could "rise to the occasion" and feel in the gaps about this large city. I may go this week-end... but no promises.
I would not travel long distances to reach this border town, but if you are in the area, in San Antonio for business, and have a little time, its fun. Its about a five hr drive from houston on 59 or I-10..... fewer small towns via I-10. Not really served via airlines... continental and AA have propjet service i believe... but again, would not travel long distance to reach it...... but could spend a few days there then on to Monterrey, and one could have a nice little 4-5 day vacation.

Hola sports fans.... and mex lovers. Its time once again for the adventures of Merewana, your intrepid jumper of borders and boys. Went to NL last week for my monthly sales trip(paid for by my company.. heh,heh). Drove around wed nite and the weather was great..... upper 70's, lower 80's. Saw a little street action early but was super hungry so went to eat. Back on the street at about 10:00 and cruised by the relo(watchtower) park up from the border about 4 blks. See earlier posts for specifics. As was typical of early trips, there were some kind of civil guards or something standing around with machine guns. Saw two of them talking to two young men sitting on benches. The soldiers had their backs to the street so could not see me as i drove by. I locked eyes with one of the young men but the soldiers made me real nervous. Drove around for half an hr then back and soldiers were gone. Again made eye contact, nodded my head then slowly drove about two blocks away. I do this to avoid police seeing me pick up someone....... you dont want police involved in your adventures. In my mirror i saw him walking up.. "hola".. he hops in. Small in stature.... looked suspiciously young.... so before pulling away.... i made sure..... he was 19, just looked young due to being small.....but was extremely cute. Well, we drove around talking.... but foolishly, i had not rented a motel so had nowhere to go. Tried parking in the lot of a large grocery store, you know... hiding a tree in a forest sort of strategy, but security walking around was just too nerve wracking. He did give me a preview tho.... and was nicely hung! I said.. look, its too dangerous. Let me come back tomorrow and get a hotel and we can have more privacy and security..... he says ok... i give him how and where to meet the next night... slip a tenner in his hand, sqeeze his still hard dick thru his pants, and drop him off near the pick-up point. Thur nite.... went to Tres caminos motel, a very nice american style motel..... very private, no security watching you and rented a room. Bought some beer, iced it down, then back to the street about 10:30......right on schedule. Yep there he was, locked eyes, i drove two blocks, turned on sidestreet and waited. two minutes... jumped in... Hola!.... listo para aventura y placer? "Si" In other words.... ready for adventure and pleasure? back to the hotel.... to his credit, it looked like the young man had dressed for the occasion, had on his best boots, clean clothes. His story is similar to ones i heard before... he is up from Vera Cruz , staying at a church, waiting for an opportunity to cross the border. It was his first time up...and he stated he was going to pay a "coyote" to get him across. I didnt delve into this as i didnt want to get drawn into anything more illegal than having a nice evening with a cute young man. Anyway, showed him a towel and said "hay agua caliente".. there is hot water. Most young men on the road welcome a hot shower and a comfortable bed. He went in and took a long shower and i waited on the bed, getting comfy myself. He came out in his undies.... nice body, hairless on chest, no body fat, mmmm. So to break the ice and relax him more, continued to ask various questions and try to answer his in my barely adequate spanish. Then i directed the conversation to "what do you like in bed?" Closing comments.... again, the border proves to be a magnet for needy people from central , s. america , and mexico. Week by week, there is a new supply of talent.....not throngs, but enough that on my monthly trips... its like all new candy in the store.... "O, there is a nice new chocolate bar! I wanna taste that one" For some reason , which was discussed above in a little side thread, mexican men are very susceptable and uninhibited about man to man sex. Vera cruz seems to come up often as a source... reinforcing the notion that i need to make a trip to that mexican town.... for a little sun, sand, ceviche, and ....sex. and you know what? I did not take a picture this time... one, he LOOKS young and i dont want to post questionable pics here and possibly bring unwanted controversy and attention. Suffice it to say he was legal....by a long shot.....small in stature.......but big in all the right ways. Hope to get back to the border over Christmas for more presents..... stay tuned.

Is the bridge you talk of at the Hiway 81/85 crossing?

Tres Caminos - is there any hassle about having a guest with you? Is the car safe there? Can you cum & go as you please w/out intervention from management/authorities?

The bridge to cross is called Bridge One.... and it is in the downtown area. I-35 literally dead ends in bridge 2. One does not usually walk acrss 2, only 1. Unless you know the area, would not cross at 2 because one needs to thread the way thru some 'hoods and can easily get lost.
Tres caminos is great... american motel style , modern, no "walk of shame thru the lobby". I saw security but they literally ignored me driving in and paid no attention to the fact i had a companion. It will be my base of "operations" from now on.
As to what your companion will or will not do...... like anything else, its individual. Most of my "catches" are young men on the move to try and cross into US and they may or may not be gay although are willing to play for all the reasons elucidated in various posts by mavica and others. I have had reciprocal oral,, some who will kiss, others who wont, etc . So you pays your money, and takes your chances. However, having said that, if you have some spanish skills, and can communicate what you want up front, you have a much better chance of getting what you want and not being disappointed. My last adventure was wonderful....in that his body was excellent... I was almost just happy to play with and look at it and enjoy the experience of a young smooth hard stud ......literally from another world.

I too am found of cruising mexico border towns looking for meat. I usually have luck as long as i have the time to invest. Yes, it does take a lot of time to work the subtlties involved in picking up a "macho"
I have had great luck all over mexico. I have been to tijuana, mexico city, and colima. However, I never thought that taking pictures would be accepted, so I shied away from it. From now on my camera comes with me on all trips.

Next week Im going to los angeles. Although its not mexico, I think I should round up some good latin meat.

I have found that every single one was willing. I just tell them i want to take "fotos de su pinga". Most men, unless they are seriously under-endowed, are proud of their dicks, especially mexican men. It may be the only thing they own.... and they are proud of it and are willing to show it. Just be appreciative, complementary.... and they will pose willingly.

It appears, that most fellas here are Gueros, or Gueritos. How about a latin fella's perspective on the sexual availability of mexican men. I was born in Arizona but my parents, both sides from Mexico. I travel often and have had many an adventure in this beautifully poor but delicious country.

Mexican men are so promiscuous because it is a primarily Catholic country. Theoretically women are respected and sexuality so repressed that men gravitate towards one-another to relieve themselves of their abundance of "Machote."

There is a saying in Spanish, "In a man's life there is always at least one maricon." I have often heard this repeated in the bars, clubs and among straight mexican friends.

You all should check out the messageboard on this website: http://www.bilatinmen.com for tips on picking up Jornaleros (those day workers who actually make it across the border). This way, if ya can't make it to Mexico, well this is the next best thing.

Here in Arizona, you can pick up tons of jornaleros in Chandler (Chandler Boulevard near the Circle K on the west side of the street, actually from city hall all the way south on this road), Phoenix (HOME DEPOTS), although there is an art to it.

Some of the best sex. Uninhibited for the most part and some of the biggest bottoms are the real "machotones," that come across as tough but in reality are dying for a little lengua up their tercer ojito.

Thank you Citrico for your input. I am a latino of a certain age and have always luvvvvved my fellow latinos. BUTTTTT in many latin countries, including Mexico, if I am cruising together with a guero friend, I definitely lose out. I find it amazing the passion that so many latinos have for gueros. I guess the grass is always greener on the other side.

Of course this has never deterred me and I am always venturing down to the countries south of the border. I especially enjoy those, out of the way, beaches, and local neighborhood bars. But that is a thread for another time.

The previous poster is correct that almost everyone on here is either gringo or at least living in the US. There is very little chance of finding a guy in Mexico with whom to hook up when you are on vacation because it seems the guys down there just dont come to this site for a variety of reasons.

I was recently in Mexico City, Veracruz and Cuernavaca for two weeks. I posted an ad at www.sergay.com.mx before I left. When I checked the messages two days later I had seventy responses. I met several of the guys-in fact had an orgy in my hotel room in central Mexico City with a few guys that responded to my ad.

I have had good luck with this site (CFS) when seeking sex in the US but for Mexico the sergay site is far far superior.

A few have written to me about my trip. I will post a long description of it soon-when I have time.....I just don't know if I should post it here on the Mexico site or under the JO section....since it is definately a JO description...LOL

From Austin to Nurevo Loredo w/o Spanish
 

I've been a resident of Austin for years but have been out of town for quite a while. I haven't been to Loredo in about 3 years and expect it's probably grown about the size of LA by now.

I have had some really great encounters in Loredo, TX in the past. I'm looking to go south of the border and try my luck in Nuevo Loredo.

I've got a couple of impediments. One is that I can speak enough Spanish to order a meal. It looks like I'll have to do some brushing up, right?

Another is that I'm not all that eager to drive my car into NL. Any advice on places to stay in NL when I can bring over a guest I meet?

Can I assume that the taxi drivers who want to take me to see the girls or to the famacia when I cross over the main bridges are to be avoided in this as matter, right?
