They have one of most resque shows around..Fully fucking, mastrabation shows..Drinks are a little expensive 200B+ but it is worth it. Thai guys must be one of the hungest in Asia. Have fun and be safe. You pay a take-out fee to papasan and tip the man after a night of private service(s).

I did think the Jupiter2000 is the best and nearest to a sex show , more of a sleaze show, it was very raunchy, I think may be when the shock and horror from the ITV exspose dies down they will be back, in a week or 2, I think it was the best Ive seen in years, even I like some of the guys and I'm very fussy.
By the way where do you stay any where we don't know yet you would like to put on the gay Map, I stayed for the first time at the Pinnacle Hotel, being advised by my personal orical wow pow, I don't think you could have got a better price for the deluxe room Ive had any where, contact jimmy he is the resident Gay agent who has taken the best rooms for you to book, for around 1000 baht including a good breakfast, or lunch if you mss breakfast, he will take good care of you on 018596585 http://www.pinnaclehotels.com/lumpinee.html I was in Bangkok all last week, visited the wonderful BALCONY Restaurant and Bar with karaoke up stairs, in Soi 4 well I must say even the orange juice was top class freshly squeezed you can normally tell if you about to be ripped off, I always say by the Soup or the Orange is good you know the rest will be better, This was the start of what must be the best Thai meal I have had for a long time I do love Cashew Nuts with chicken also Sweet and Sour Chicken so I ordered both I know exactly what to expect, and it was so succulent and nice, even my Thai boyfriend said this is good Thai food made with love yes I said, I love it any way, I wondered how they made something normal taste so nice, so I asked one of the owners, he said just get a good chef and pay him top dollar, then eat the food your self, and even the drinks were good and the price amazing, what more could you want watching the world go by. I was previously in the Telephone Bar it is no comparison to the food in the BALCONY and to see so many straight people wander down the Soi by the time they get to the BALCONY they suddenly realize its Gay Soi the look on there faces was a picture, may be it was me and my lover sitting there, but we did get some strange looks. http://www.balconypub.com/ Give The Balcony Pub, a try next time your in Bangkok, you wont be disappointed even though I understand there is a Tonic water shortage in Thailand from the very nice owner who reminds me of the laughing policeman. but it was not of a problem to me drinking freshly squeezed orange juice what more can you want when your sitting with Boy Wonder. |

Thanks wow pow, but Yes Mr. Moderator it was not really Thai food or more the western copy, apart from being cooked by a Thai, but im an old fashioned Girl and My boyfriend thought his Tom Yum was great though, the guys next to me said they were staying at the Oriental Hotel, on a cooking course as they are Professional caters, they said the food and the Prices at the BALCONY Restaurant was the best they have ever had around the world, for quailty Pub Grub and the house wine was amazing I can only take there word for it, so price for quality it looks as though we have found a winner.....
Next time your in Soi 4 off Silom Road Bangkok, you go to the Balcony Pub and then report back but make sure you dont miss the Babylon Sauna as well, even at my age of the wrong side of 50 I was copulating with some amazing guys, as if they were film stars or Models, what on earth do they see in my bodyI I said to one guy, why you like pom pooy falang, he said Im not bothered I like sex and dicks and ass, what's a Large body got to do with it, amazing Thailand http://www.babylonbkk.com/home.asp |

I would think icon's comments pertinent. One could hardly say Balcony's food and wine list were that extraordinary or good value. It is a great place to go, and has reasonable food and drink, but is not exceptional. Let's get real.

There is a quite comprehensive (and up to date!) review of Silom/Suriwong area bars, GoGos etc etc. on one of the personal Blogs associated with Sawatdee Forum. The guy who wrote it was obviously on a labour of love!
Lots of excellent description here, but after reading it all it seems quite obvious that most places are toned down versions of their former selves some years ago. I'm sure an out-and-out fuck show can be found by slogging through Silom on a Saturday night bar crawl, but it will be more blind luck than something which is advertised or regular. Good luck! For myself (long-time BF / not much of a GoGo'er / not caring so much about Other-People-Fucking) I was just pleasantly surprised to find this long review of places on the site.
