so is understanding Thai a must? is there need of language exchange during the indication? I am personally a very bad face-reader. I noticed many Thai man are kind and always smile, will that be a sign of icnvitation? and I just step up and say phom chob khun krub? maybe practice makes me a better cruiser like you guys are .

Thai language is not required, but it definitely makes things a lot easier.

I can't give you any more advice about reading "clues"...but I think when you see it you will recognize it.

BIG C. - Lad Phrao ...

-- Today, 20 feb., early evening I walked from THE CRYSTAL to BIG C. - Lad Phrao.;
- A wasted journey as all of the hawng nahm that I checked were all NTR.;
- Not all that many shoppers there, either.

MAX VALUE S'MKT. - Chaeng Wattana rd. ...

-- Today, 24 feb., I took a m/c. taxi from BTS. Mo Chit, (N8.) to the IMMIG'N. BUREAU - Chaeng Wattana: time was just on 20 mins. & fare was 150.Bh.. The driver offered to wait for me, but that wouldn't be necessary;
- Afterwards I walked from the IMMIG'N. BUREAU to MAX VALUE S'MKT. - Chaeng Wattana. and arr'd there after approx. 55 mins. at my usual sedate & stately pace
-- ETA.#1. - 10.oo.hrs.;
- Possibly a wee bitty early for any activity
-- ETA.#2. - 12.nn.;
- Several young men present, but not all that many really, could be divided into three gps.:
1.- Mostly underage-looking: playing computer-games;
2.- A few students in pairs or in small gps. lunching. & studying and
3.- A couple of janitors in their orange tops who were more intent on cleaning the floor in the food-court;
-- ETA.#3. - Approx. 17.30.hrs.;
- Third time unlucky!

-- Having completed a little shopping I walked-back to Viphawadi Rangsit rd. and took a #29. 'bus. back to MRT. Chatuchak - going-back IN to BKK. was a comparatively quick journey; fare was 07.Bh..
at that time.

TESCO-LOTUS - Phahon Yothin rd. ...

-- Today, 24 feb., I walked to & from TESCO-LOTUS - Phahon Yothin rd. to see if there would be any sightings of the previously reported young & RThAF. men in their green sports' outfits*;
- Alas and alack - no such luck:
-- I cruised the three hawng nahm of wch. I'm aware; to my way of thinking the cruisiest would be on the 1fl., (US. 2fl.), by the computer-games and at the opp. end to the Food Ct.;
- While I was in the a/m. HN. I did see a couple of young men who displayed themselves but slightly, not deliberately so - only in answering the call of nature.

--* See K-MALE CLUB - posting #2..

New rd.-tfc. Fly-over ...

-- Today, 24 feb., on my way to & from LOTUS-TESCO - Phahon Yothin rd., I stopped to see how these 'Post tensioned.' fly-overs support themselves? There is a rd.-tfc. fly-over being built across the Phahon Yothin:Chaeng Wattana i'sect., not too far from the previously mentioned MAX VALUE S'MKT. - Chaeng Wattana. As far as I could discover, and for those who might be interested, each concrete shape has projecting lugs on one end that mate with matching recesses in its neighbour, (this male & female business, once again!), - each series of shapes between adjacent & suporting pillars is then pushed tightly together so that that series becomes a self-supporting whole. Then rebars., or similar, are inserted into matching holes in the concrete section that's atop the suporting pillar and its immediate neighboring shapes for add'n. strength. Actually the whole process is a mixture of close-tolerance engineering and brute strength that relies on the use of sledge-hammers and/or club-hammers for fine movements!
-- Anyway, to a possibly MORE generally interesting topic: I had the feeling that if approached discreetly several of the laboring types, while not of our persuassion or life-style and by no means being eye-candy, but still interesting in their own way, might not be averse to being Tops; (and, as many of us know, here in the LoS. being a Top does not necessarily mean that one is gay, does it?),.

How true! I've also observed that in Hatyai!

A number of times now, I have been observed eyeing workers who were quite amenable to a bit of naughty fun once they discovered exactly why I was looking at their hot, sweaty bodies for such a loooong time...

Bottoming in Thailand doesn't necessarily mean you're gay, either. I've said it before, but some my "straight" guys have been the best bottoms and rimmers ever.

I've never had a straight guy want to be a bottom--and many hate if I even touch their ass. But I have read elsewhere that sometimes a straight guy will want to be a bottom.

But as I've said before, masculine, straight-appearing guys usually give better, more conscientous, oral, than gays.

A couple of weeks ago I went cruising at Sanam Luang. It was about 11pm and I met a very handsome soldier. He was straight but gave me the best rimming and blow job I have possibly ever had. And I have had a few!

-- Well - good for you.
- But I've been given to u'stand. that SANAM LUANG can be AYOR. late at night. In today's BKK. Post. 'paper. was an article about homeless people sleeping rough, rather than going to safer & gov't. hostels; one working man interviewed - no info. about age etc. - said that he wouldn't sleep in SL. because of the criminal elements there that preyed on others.
- But possibly being a lot younger and in better physical shape than this TOF. you're MORE able to take good care of yourself?
-- Did the pleasures occur in SL. or did you go elsewhere?

I have been there many times, both in my car and on foot. This time I was in the car. I asked the young soldier to recommend a nearby love hotel, which he did. One of the drive in, park the car, curtains closed types. The room was 300, the young soldier 500.
