Legal closing times are the same for go-go bars and discos.
What they've figured out, though, is how to maximize the use of a piece of real estate: there is no demand for a go-go bar open past 1:00 am, and there is no demand for a disco before 1:00 am. Now they just have to figure out how to use the facility during the day. Maybe open a restaurant in it.       |
