It's only about 6 kms after The Mall, Bangkhae. Bus 547 from Silom passes there as does bus 84 from Wong Wien Yai BTS. Distance is not a problem...it's just knowing where to go when at BM 3. I am hoping the:
"98/42 Moo 4, Bangpai, Bangkae, Bangkok 10160, Thailand" will mean something to a motor cycle taxi driver if the Moo and Bangpai are in Thai!

Betwen Phetkasem and Nakorn Ch=aisri the connecting oras are nrd and named as sai 1/2/3/4/5/6. Nr 2 is right behind the ringway (of coimng from town. Sai 3 runs for about 5-6 km. and is right after the Carrefour. The lowest (coming from Phetkasem) is in Nongh Khaem, the 2nd quarter is in bang Khae and the upper half is in Tawanne or so. BUS (red only and not that many ) 165 runs all over it-turns at NkrnChaisri. It starts from the Tha Pra JUNCTION=not the Mall or the Busway or so. Best place to change onto it is the market at Bang Khae. there are also various red songhtheaws from bang Khae market to all kinds of moobaan etc. This may limit the area to search somewhat.
Note that sai 3 has the BKK filth/refuse depots along it in the south half and in dry wheather can be VERY unpleasant. There are very, very few houses along that stretch. Most likely this place is in some new moobaan or village somehwere off the main road and impossibel to find without a decent map.
Lists also tell of a gay mass. palce in bang KHae-in a soi right off the market. or did not you once fancy a place right near the Mall Ta Phra?
BTW-how do you find out about all those faraway places anbd the lads working there? Beside the usual other sites, like th.mass.boy, I would not know.

The massage place in Bangkhai you refer to is possibly Bangkai Thai Massage in Phetkassem soi 62/1. That is near the market. They have a new branch at Suksawat soi 29 called Suksawat Thai Massage. I have seen both but never gone inside as didn't see any boys I liked. Although their Hi5 page does show some do-able boys:

The place I used to frequent near The Mall Thapra is in Ratchada soi 12 called Smart Bank. I believe it is still there. It was pretty good if you liked the boys on offer.

It was easy to find inside a gated village. A pleasant location with lots of greenery at the entrance. Massage practitioners were siting around in the reception area. I spoke to the friendly manager and most of the lads and asked if I could look and book one for later. I had already noted Khun Peck from the web page. He was available and better than his picture...shy and fresh. If you go before 20:00, the price is Bht390/hr. 4 hands is cheap enough but unless Peck gets on well with Arm or Ball, I will stick with Peck alone. I plan to go this weekend.

They also do superVIP-rooms with yacoozi etc-but for such an expense they will need to get properly trained boys IMHO. gave him the minimum recmdd amount, with which he seemed quite disappointed. The final 5 mins left (American-so time is money-you have the right to it, but not a sec longer) he asked me about it and I showed him a variety of more sensual cream strokes and how to do. I would have gladly waived MY tuition fee for that if they had asked me. But good luck anyway.
