Gaya sauna near Ratchyotin, very swish. Like a mini Chakran with quite a few guys on Wed night. More Thai Thai but I was lucky (always helps to smile). They have mostly naked nights but on Wed they have "dragons" poking out from a shower and many customers helped to play with them! Walk further along Phaholyothin from Cineplex on same side until you get to Sena centre on soi 37, it is one of the shops there. The manager spoke good english and everything is shiny and new

when I was at bangkok10 early one Sunday evening recently the crowd was mostly chubby older and dissapointingly virtualy no cubs/chasers! but they do advertise a special night on Fridays for this crowd so maybe worth a vist then!

venue is OK - rooftop terrace is great, steam room large and subtle lighting so potential for some action, hot pool is a bit too exposed to be interesting, cubicle area as dark as you would expect, karaoke as bad as you would expect (if you are a falung) and the "movie room" was showing a cooking show - at least it was fried rice rather than sticky rice!

- Roof-gdn.: Also a couple of CW. showers;
- Plenty of stair-climbing to keep customers fit - ha!

went to GG again. I like the lack of preening attitudes. Only busy from 4 - 7pm. Not all chubs and uncles. Had a single then 3some. Strangely enough the only 2 young and well built guys were attracted to me yay!! (maybe novelty basis).The single guy only seemed to realise that I was not Thai halfway through our session. Must have very bad eyesight. What did he think my hairy chest was?

Babylon-first get the taxi gripe out of the way. Many of the taxi mafia will not take you unless they can have an "agreed" (rip-off)price. Better to walk to the road and get another taxi. Saturday night-60/40% in Thais/Farang. 260 entry fee hasn't really gone up much over the last few years. I would say less customers than I remember 4 years ago but there are so many saunas now (20+). Had a good few hours, spaghetti for 180 baht. Was asked at the end of a session if I wanted to pay for something to eat. I smiled and said No. He should have reciprocated a bit before he asked that question. I got out of the spa when I could see 3 used condoms floating by. Watching a couple f... was at first a turn-on but then I kept thinking what may be contained in the water.

just when I have been getting excited about non Babylon saunas, I was disappointed about Gaya. Went last night for the second time. Saw the "Dragon" show (penises poking out of a shower curtain wanting to be groped), but very little interaction. Not all that many customers. Nice and clean though (many steps as usual) and no spa. Definitely into younger uni guys I think. I might give their naked night a go but maybe that will have even less possibilities due to my shape!

Extremely disappointed with Gaya. Very quiet on a Fri night. Mostly students preening themselves or chatting with their own friends. The worst thing was that most nights are underwear nights. How on earth does one use the steam room with underwear and without a body towel? And for those less than fit (which is the Thai standard for skinny) a towel around the waist would be a good confidence booster. Sauna out of order. Never again.

yes-kind of, not rec in rainy season-its via a half-dry/wet waterdrain. Best to see it 1st time when coming from sauna-then its obvious adn you can note where you have to go to going there.
Re Taximeter in BKK; ANY taxi not riding is not to be trusted, as they opnly stand there (by HTls, centres etc.) to prey on arranged fares-often with some middlemen for translations. Except obvious places like airprot/stations etc.
