I am looking for a hotel in Pattaya or Jomtien beach that offers a balcony with sea view. I liked the Montien, which has this feature, but unfortunately does not allow "overnight guests." Would appreciate recommendations!

I have just stayed at a delightful guest house in Jomiten. No view of the sea unfortunately but you could smell it! I was planning to go back for a few days in early Jan but all booked out for the whole month. Had a great time. No problem with guests and in fact there was action everywhere...
