Lately the toilets at all of the shopping malls around the Sukhumvit and Asoke intersection have been pretty cruisy. So as not to draw attention to any one location, I'll let you explore all of the spots on your own. I'm sure you know them already.
Happy times are from 11:30-13:00 and anytime from 4:30-6:30. I haven't seen any glory holes, but the urinals can be quite busy and there's a lot of action in the stalls. I even saw three guys come out of one stall the other day.
Of course, there are plenty of quiet times, even during the periods mentioned above. Keep in mind that the chance of being in the right place at the right time can change within minutes.
