Watch out guys!!!!! There is a guy posing as a Cop/Secuirty Guard shaking guys down for money. He is a light skinned black guy in his late 40's early 50's. He taps his foot (a newer pair of Timberlandesque boots) when in the stall, but does not initiate anything. Then when you leave the stall he follows you to the sink and keeps grabbing his crotch. If you ignore him he asks you what you are looking for and tells you to come jack off with him. I said no, then he flashed a badge real quick and said I had to come with him. He took my Drivers License then had me walk around the mall with him. He kept going back and forth on whether he was going to "take me down to the station" orlet me go. Ultimately, he said he would let me go if I promised never to come back and "dropped" something on the floor for him by the elevator. When all I had was $60 he made me go to a ATM and get him $140 more.

He may be a bad cop or a real Security Guard looking to make some extra cash, but I doubt it now. I had it figured out about half way through, but just wanted to get out of there.

Watch out and be careful!!!!!!!

This a-hole has been pulling this scam all over the loop and michigan avenue for years. He tried to shake me down at the Palmer House, but when we got to the ATM, I started flagging down a cop.

Be careful tho, he punched one guy that called his bluff. If he tries to pull this on you, walk straight toward a security guard or cop, and report him. He never shows a badge which a cop has to do.

As soon as he asked for money I knew it was a scam, but the Mall was empty at the time and since he was holding my Driver's License I really didn't want to leave without it. The bitch of it is, as soon as he walked out of the stall and I saw him I thought, ugh - what a dog! Then he was so aggressive that I thought, well I will at least look at his dick. A big mistake - which I won't be making again.

I think there's more than one guy that's been doing this scam.

If they are really an officer once they have made that known they have to keep their badge in site at all times. Flashing the badge like is done on TV/in the movies almost never happens. I know this because I've had to deal with plenty of police at work.

Undercover cops usually have their badges on a chain inside their shirt and when they make themselves known as police it's they pull it out and leave it exposed (sounds much dirtier than it is)

I was at large Loop store and cruising the restroom. There was some action but all 3 of us were very cautious as we heard guys walking in. I moved from one stall to the next one. The other guy had been moving from the sink area to my side and then the other stall on the other side. This older black man with an average build wearing denim and with squeaky burgundy/brown/oxblook Timberline type boots had rested in one stall then left. He was looking under the stall but then left. I heard the squeaky soles coming again and he got in the stall next to me. I didn't do anything but look below the stall wall. He did the same. Then, he went out of the stall and passed by my stall door. He peered between the cracks and I thought he was motioning for me to leave the stall. He went back into the same stall and when I didn't see feet on the floor I looked up and he was looking over the wall and flashed a badge. He told me to, "Leave, NOW". I calmly got up, dressed and left. He followed me out. Since the store was busy, he met me at the escalator well and told me to go up one floor and then take the elevator and leave the building. I did what he said and left on the mainfloor and not the basement where he wanted me to. I was the white guy. The other two were black. I figured he wanted a clearer path to the black guys. Now after reading the other posts, I see other motives. He wanted me to exit the basement/CTA station where he could probably try to get cash out of me. He didn't ask for my license/ID. PHEW! BEWARE!

That is his M.O., especially looking over the top of the stall. That's what he did with me. When he is walking with you, he'll even waive to other uniformed security guys that makes you think he's legit. But hell, if I waive to them, they waive back too.

I'd love to run into him again so I could turn him in!!

go in the stall and have your phone ready, keep your video phone recordingand when he peeks over the top you have him peeking over the stall and bam he's fucked. they'll throw him the fuck out and fire his ass, if he even works there. maybe it'll work, just thought i'd try....

You are so lucky dude! I think it helped that the place was busy. It was dead when he fot me, so he was much more bold. He doesn't want to draw attention to the fact that he is detaining you. With me, he talked about having an accomplice, but I never saw him. We need to figure out a way to get him busted!

It's real simple, call mall security office, report the guy. Tell them that while you were usung the toilet, this guy looked over and under the stall wall several times. That HE made advances. Then inform them you have no choice but to call the state and local police to report this guy's actions. Make it sound like he is the cruiser, the initiator. Law prohibits police from starting the process. When an oficer starts it, it becomes entrapment.
I doubt this guy is the real thing. he is merely preying on easy targets. However, be very carefull of taking this guy's picture. It is very possible that he will get violent and hurt anyone trying to stop his gig.
If you are still going to take pics transmit them as it is going down. Have the person you are sending them to save them. reason is, if he does grab your phone, you still have the pics as proof. BE CAREFULL!!!
