Went to Phaholyothin cinema last week, on Thursday the 2nd of April. Arrived around 3pm.
It was busy as usual, about 75-100 guys--enough for a good choice but not so many that they were all watching you.

They sell beer and sodas from a refrigerator right where the ticket-taker sits. Sometimes it's padlocked, though.

Its the same place you get the water. A chaang or leo is 30 baht. The cute guy loops a chain around it when he is not there. So those times when the 'bar' is closed makes it verrry dry. Pick up a couple at the 7-11 on the way in as a back up...

Just for clarity's sake, there are two guys at the Prince entrance. The "overweight" middle aged guy with the beard is the ticket taker and the guy who manages the beverages is the "hot" one. Sometimes, the middle aged guy helps out with the beverages when the "hot" one is on break and vice versa. They are both very nice guys. The "hot" one has a nice body and some well developed arm muscles and he frequently works out with some device he has hanging by the entrance.
