I am sorry you had a bad feeling about this bar ; of course the boys do not seem very interested in what they are doing. However I took the dark-skinned one who has wild looks and everything went well with him (except he is a heavy smoker). In fact he made me horny each time he touched me ... a matter of chemistry I guess ...

Taurus Bar/Massage
 

I went to this bar/massage complex on Monday night, and was persuaded by the manager to go upstairs as he had new boys. The 7 or 8 boys all went on stage when I entered (there being no other customers). I did choose a boy (no 97 I think) to sit with me, bought him a drink, and we moved to a dark corner where there was a little groping. All the other boys then left the stage. After a little while a member of staff came and sat with us to try to suggest I off this boy, which put a stop to the groping. Then one of the boys came and stood relatively close by and started to smoke a cigarette, which was my signal to leave.

Nature Boy or Super A are a better bet in my view and much more fun, and the drinks are cheaper too!!!

Now that I have returned to London after a 4 day stopover in Bangkok, I thought I would share my thoughts on a few more bars I visited.

I find the whole Soi Duangthawee (Soi Twilight) extremely depressing. The touts are getting more and more aggressive almost trying to pull potential customers into their bars. I had a late supper at Dicks on Monday, and had to put up with one of the Future Boys touts continually yelling as loudly as he could down the Soi. Wasn't there agreement that they would keep in their own areas. allowing people to walk more easily through the soi.

Hot Male. Quite a lot of nice looking boys, circulating relatively quickly. I am pretty sure one of the "boys" must have been well into his 40s. A lot of eye contact with the boys on the central stage. Then the show started with a couple of well endowed guys smoking and kissing, followed by a dance routine. Then the candle show started, with the guys naked, erect and wearing condoms (presumably to avoid candle wax burns) which is when I left. The place was quite busy when I arrived but seemed to empty out a bit when the show started.

Nature Boy. I decided to look in at about 130am as I walked pass on the way to my hotel. Two other British farangs were all ready in the bar when I arrived. A couple of boys sat with me and soon had their c**ks out and were happy when I bought them drinks. A pleasant 30 minutes of so followed. I thought it rather funny that there is an ATM right by the entrance to Nature Boy, so it could be easy to pop out to get the cash for a tip.


Fresh Beach Boys. In my opinion, one of the most unattractive group of boys I think I have seen in a bar. I doubt whether I was in there for more than 10 minutes. Some of the boys had the most horrid tattoos, one boy with one covering the whole of his right leg.l

X Size Bar (The one upstairs opposite Future Boy). A large group of boys circulating well, lots on them trying to make eye contact, and all with their mobiles sticking out of the back of the briefs. I decided to leave after one drink as a group sitting near me started to smoke. :(
I even had to ask for a full ashtray to be moved from the table where I was sitting

I have found this trip to be quite expensive, given the recent fall of the British Pound. It is not that long ago when you got over THB 70 to the Pound. Now it is around the 53/55 mark - a 20% fall in value. So for every £100, the resulting loss of say THB1,500 is about the cost of a massage and tip. The high charge of drinks (THB220 to 250) in the bars doesn't help either.

This is the first visit I have made the Bangkok where I haven't offed anyone from a bar. Still I might be back again in February next year.

I'm at the point where I'll pretty much avoid Soi Twilight nowadays. VERY annoying atmosphere on the soi, and overpriced drinks and mediocre offerings (damn ugly boys) inside the bars. I'm not sure if any of those guys in Hot Male (and other bars) are in their 40s ... but some of them are knocking on the door. Over the hill for sure. You'd never have seen such flabby flesh on stage a decade ago, now it's now becoming more common. What the hell happened to cute, slim, dark-skinned guys from Isaan? I want 'em back!

I also don't off guys much any more, and it's not for lack of desire. In the "old days" (early to late 1990s) I would ALWAYS find something tempting in the Bangkok bars. But not so anymore. Some might say I've become jaded or picky, but honestly I just don't feel what's on offer is as attractive as it used to be.

U can see me at DJ Station anytime my friend, spanning three levels and decorated in neo-industrial style, Bangkok's most popular gay club gets very crowded after midnight on any given night. The enormous crowd usually dances to pop/dance/techno, and at midnight there is a stage show featuring wannabe divas parodying gay classics, Thai folk music and even local soap operas with often incredible and hilarious results! Please be advised that DJ.Station, The J.J.Park, Disco Disco, The Expresso & Club Cafe is conducting age limit via valid ID Card which is not under 20 year of age.

Whilst Pattaya officially has cabaret shows that are strictly "no sex," Krazy Dragon, Happy Boys and Rock Hard in Jomtien can provide a high degree of titilation :)
