@rapor: have been to Troy-L prao soi 5, beside a 24 hr massageshop, sime time ago, but had not much of luck nor was it cruisy or even busy. But that was an early evening midweek. In about the same or next week, I went to TRIO on RKhaeng soi 48 (?_check) and that was very succesfull-but again probably just the luck of a lotteree.
TimBOukTu is far, far away in Sapan Mai=east of old DMuang airport, even further out as K-male massage. Lots of soldiers and airforce staff live in that area. With the abundance of gay sauna's all over BKK I really doubt if that would be worth that trip (at least 1 hr by bus from the |Mochit or Vict. MOnum).

-- Has anyone actually visited TRIO SAUNA. and thus can confirm the street address?
- I have not; but I enquire after looking-at the first seven pages of search-engine Google - 'BANGKOK - 'Trio sauna.', (not always reliable, I know. ), - in wch. its street address has been given as either R'haeng. 36. or R'haeng. 46.

hello all, in fact I now sit, being back in this steamy city for a short while, in RKHaeng, but soi 21.
TRIO -sorry dont know the soi nr here, but it is near lamsalee (that gay private soi), at right hand coming from town or ARL, wide soi just before a Thai farmers/Kasikorn bank. Next soi has a massageshop-Baan Kluay (tried once-reported on) on the corner. it is about 1 km into the soi,. which is very very quiet for this area and is on the left side coming from RKH. Cannot miss, a single detached house. This soi does not even have its own motosai boys.
Sorry, dont know if that would be same as Farose2-have not been there for too long. I went early evening and farose is more known for raucous events after midnight-when i am asleep. F2 is quite far from that anyway.
In same area, opposite here in soi 24 is TORPEDO, also recently reported on and there is another, very quiet one (may have closed) NEVADA or meeting, in the odd sois just before lamSalee.
Buses over RKH: 60,113,207,137,93,545,126,71,168, nearly all pass the ARL. also 114 or 115 from along ram IV near Silom. Boats along kl. Saen Saep, count on 1 hr daytime from inner city to get here.

anyone remember Uomo sauna Rama 9. Had fake rock formation. David d'Bangkok near Kao Sarn Rd. The reception took my money on my last visit even though it was closed (slowly dawned on me that there was no electricity and no-one else there). Also the short lived Buona/Buono near Suttisan. Actually, just wanting to check if CFS was working as no postings for 3 dyas.

Yes, remember that David-with mock-Greek statue outside. Closed since nearly 10 yrs by now, I guess-it is now a Korean bekpekkers dorm+restrt-would they ever know what has happened inside? (anyway- in my working place a former famous hi-class brother has now also been turned into a flashpacker dorm-hostel).
Close by to KhaoSarn is since a few years MIX MAN or so-opposite the Sake bar-has been reported on here. Dont know if they still go there, but onceaweek a group of deafmutes had their binge-eve out there-quite fun after you realised what was going on.

Yes. The Airport Link's City Line has a stop at the bottom of Ramkhaeng Road, from where any number of buses can transport you northward up the road.

-- The stn. is named: 'RAMKHAMHAENG STN.' and is approx.500yds. to the WEST of the rd.-junc./fly-over: Phat Thanakan:R'haeng..
- Availing of search-engine Google and entering: BANGKOK - Airport Link Time table.' I see that first & last trains in either dir'n. are roughly 07. & 19.30.hrs. - but the wise traveller would do well to verify those times!

Men factory sauna ...

-- Here below is reproduced verbatim et literatim a report on a SGPean's,(?), visit to MF. SAUNA - Silom 2/1. -

- 'My latest visit in June to MF.Sauna still find that the place was having very less crowd although had been already openned for 4-5 months.
' A very new and super clean place as compared to MANIA Sauna.'.

just short note re RKH ARL stop end the gay area-with the disco's and the TRIO sauna and Baan KLuay massageshop: not at all near the trains, some 4-5 kms away, but all along RKH-main road, which is one of the worst clogged jams in BKK-as a giant uni sits in between. Numerous buses, but in the late aftrnn can easily take nearly 1 hr. More gay places along other sois more nearby (closest by is Farose2).
Better is-if you insist on that train, to go to Hua mahk=next stop and take any bus up, like the 145 or 207-these stop at the lamSalee crossing (sky-viaduct) =just befoe bangkapi ,the 207 turns into RKH-road there. Boats-Saen Saep canal, from pratunam are also an option-but only till about 19.00

I searched high and low for timbouktu....couldn't find it. Anyone know exactly where it is? I think it may be defunct.

I wonder if it was a gay sauna;?

- A Sydney bodybuilder has died after being found unconscious in a sauna in Thailand.

Eastwood man Aziz "Zyzz" Sergeyevich Shavershian, who was well-known on the Sydney amateur bodybuilding scene, died in Bangkok three days ago after going into cardiac arrest, according to a post on his Facebook fan page.

Mr Shavershian, 22, was rushed to hospital from a Bangkok spa but was unable to be resuscitated.

The Russian-born fitness fanatic was a personal trainer, aspiring model and part-time stripper who began bodybuilding after he finished high school.

The young personal trainer's shocking death has prompted a friend to warn the bodybuilding community of the dangers of taking body supplements and performance enhancers in Thailand.

While Mr Shavershian’s cause of death has not been confirmed, New Zealand man Tim Sharky wrote on his Facebook page that he had told his friend to "slow down" in the weeks leading up to his death.
