I'm in Pats next week and would like to buy myself a nice pair of speedos to pose in when at the beach. Anyone know where they might be on sale in Jomtien ?. Boys seem to prefer the "surfer" type shorts and you only occasionaly see them in speedos displaying a nice bulge.

Thanks for posting that link--the comments posted after the article were more helpful than the article. They don't mention that another reason underage boys are used to commit crimes is that different legal systems apply if juveniles (rather than adults) are caught. I've noticed that juveniles often behave as if they are immune (reckless).

Also, when one lives in a "house" rather than an apartment, it's much easier to become a target. The best thing is to live in a large apartment building with many units, and some security, and just one way to get into both the building and the apartment (one door).

In ongoing investigations into underage prostitution in Pattaya, police raided a popular A-Go-Go boy bar in Banglamung early on Saturday morning. Officers conducting a sting operation at the premises arrested five underage male prostitutes and several drugs users.

Pattaya, the 24th of July 2010: At approximately 1:00am on Saturday, Colonel Atisawit Kamonrat (Chon-Buri Immigration Superintendent) in cooperation with the Narcotics Control Board conducted a raid at the “Nice Boy Night Club” in Banglamung. The operation was instigated following an anonymous tip-off that the gay bar was providing underage boys for prostitution services and was involved with narcotics supply.

Using an undercover agent of foreign nationality, who infiltrated the bar posing as a customer who required the services of an underage employee. Paying a Bt1,300 baht fee he was taken with the boy to an upstairs service room before police stormed the downstairs bar. Upstairs officers confiscated a large amount of illegal pornography and found evidence to support acts of prostitution services being offered at the premises.

Smart Massage, which was located on the western side of 2nd Road between Mike's Dept Store and South Pattaya Rd in the small building that looked like a wooden Thai house, has moved.

It's now in a more typical store-front Thai Massage venue on the eastern side of 2nd Rd just about opposite BoyzTown.

Haven't been in yet, but it looks like the ground floor is set up with reclining chairs for foot/leg massages. I assume they still have rooms for Thai massages that allow for happy endings. Hopefully the shower facilities have improved as well.

Anyone who's been there recently like to report?

Rather than start a new thread, let me add this question (and a comment) to the Pattaya "section".

First, returned to KRAZY DRAGON for the first time in a year last night. That place has changed and not for the better, I am afraid. I recall a variety of types there, many a bit animated and chatty and with some personality. Last night, the boys seem dis-engaged, bored, bland... and all of one type... slim and young. Also, the new lighting designer needs to find another line of work: the laser effects kept blinding me and my attempts to figure out what the boys look like (and I do have excellent vision) were not aided by the "dramatic" lighting.

Also: on Jomtien Beach, I have noticed the appearance of young and sometimes handsome guys of the RUSSIAN persuasion. Some are rather aggressively pursuing farang men. Has anyone else had an encounter with these guys? Anyone know the story here?

Today a group of about five. Two weeks ago about a half dozen. One rather chunk but young guy (wearing one of those silly thong bathing suits) pursued me into the water and tried to do things of the unmentionable nature with me then and there. (I also saw him subsequently pursuing many other farangs considerably older than I am.)

Not sure what the story is here.... Are they a new breed of money boys trying to capitalize on those of us who may have had one-too-many Asian guys?

I went to KD twice, last Wednesday and again on Monday nights. I concur with NYNakedTop. Many younger and slim types but among the group one or two older ones that appealed to me. I flashed a few notes and had a procession of fondles. Nothing that really grabbed me but all hard if I wanted. Eventually on the second night I had 3 join me and we had a great time. A couple of rounds of drinks. Really reasonable prices. One of the twinky ones called me 'Ba" which I think equates to Granddad or worse. He had a upright curved banana reminiscent of the ASE*. However certainly smokable but not by me.

As to whether they are bored. I think I would be too if the customers were so infrequent. When I was there the first night I was the only one for a while and on the second night I think there were a couple of other farangs and a group of transgender or frontbums to my right. Dominating the aforementioned twinky. Good on him.

It needs more customers and if you have a spare moment you should go to KD. A pleasant experience all round

Russians are one of the main tourists groups now in Pattaya. In high season they have charter flights direct to U-Tapao, completely by-passing BKK. Many are now buying condos here in same way as Brits, and Europeans have for years. With them come the usual Rusian hangers on (remember the 2 working girls who were shot on Jomtien beach last year by Thai mafia who didn,t want any competition?). I've seen more younger Russian guys lately, but yet to be chased by one
