What a rip off!!!They stated me 400 B for the bar fine!!!Is that the correct price?I paid 300 B at Future in august.
Also,they are not friendly(staff)no head bend-down,or hand-joining in the Thai way like Future.Sounds like popularity makes them rude!!!       |

tawan has been charging 400bht since last year. is this your first time to off in tawan? it is one of the bars aside from those in the bbb group that charges 400bht off fee since last year.
it depends on the boy you off. some are pretty traditional and give you a wai when you leave or when you call them to sit with you. some men even touches the bell on their way out, for luck. but some are westernized so no wai acknowledgement unless they know you already. i know the wait staff does not wai. but there was a german speaking wait staff that does, a bit effem, a great translator for the german speaking folks, but did not find him the last time i was there. |

Thanks for your reply.It was my first time here indeed.I was chocked by the non-wai from staff and even the boy I offed didn't say Hi to me when he came sit down.All of other bars,boys and staff were friendly and very polite.I had hard time to make them understand my English,my accent is rather American,maybe that's the reason.It was embarrasing when I went see a waiter asking for the boy,as he didn't get what I said,he passed me to the manager,then I had another hard time to make him understand that I wanted to off a boy,meanwhile my boy just got off the stage and went to pee,I had to point my fingers at him to the manager.The way I offed him was not really civilized!!!Then the manager got it,he then said"400 B"right away!This is a very busy supermarket by the way!!! kiki, i think i know who that guy who does not want to shower. is it one of the bigger guys that does the muscle show? i think he works out late, thus does not want to "get sick" by showering at night. i think it is a belief in some parts of South East Asia - the showering after working out i mean.

I always pay 2000 B at Future,as I hate to bargain,I off the boy without giving him extra tips like taxi fee.
