Nowadays, "above the call of duty" and "beyond expectations" are very rare. It's usually below and below. For me, 1,500 is the max tip - for a guy who does everything I have asked for (I'm quite vanilla, not unusually demanding) and leaves me fully satisfied. Having a number of regulars at Hotmale, may I ask if anyone has ever offed #28, Nid ? He's the one with fabulous abs and body and does a few shows.
