Earlier this week I went to Spa Bangkok. I phoned at 4pm and got appointment at 6.30pm. They have a large sign outside the building but at that time of night it had the appearance of a semi-derelict building. I went for the Tantric/body scrub/aroma package they offer for foreigners on the website. It is a 3 hour package - 10 mins foot bath, 50m Tantric, 30m scrub, 90m aroma. Tried Gent Spa a couple of Saturdays ago. Arrived early afternoon and was given a book of pictures but seems only one boy actually working at that time. He looked fine. I booked 90 min aroma. Went there only once and that was enough. The place is too dirty and mouldy, and the air-con didn't work well. The service was good, and the boy I had was nice. Visited Janpa for the first time today. Quite easy to find. I had a good time, though I note that previous reviews were mixed to poor. Perhaps I was just lucky.

Very briefly, key details: Boys were not visible, though a few did hang around the reception. There were 15 pictures in the photo album, but 7 were said to be available. They were very much my type of guys, so I could have taken any of the 7. Chose a relatively slim chap with a lovely face. Although I suspect him to be straight, he was quite earnest in trying to please. Actually, his massage technique was good, but too many strokes misdirected themselves. One hour oil massage = 500 baht. 1.5 hour oil 700 baht. I noticed they have a 4-hand massage on the menu, for baht 1200 (1 hour). I think it was mentioned before in a posting above.
