need some info gents.
I have had a number of men lately that have an enlarged scrotum. i'm not talking about large nuts or enlarged nuts but rather the sac seems to be tightly filled with liquid and enlarged.
is this genetic, caused by an injury, or viral.? am i endangered by sucking their cock ?
would like some info on this condition.
