As a 3 year resident in Bangkok and a frequent traveller here prior to moving here, I can assure you that it does happen. How frequently? It would all depend on many factors. Over the years I have been sucked, sucked and even managed a fuck once at Nature. On my last night in BKK this trip I went to Screw BOy and very dissappointed. As well as changing the seating layout again the boys were very subdued and the lady boy mamasans replaced with the Thai equivalent of Fijian bouncers.
