I went to check out this toilet at the TescoLotus and the holes are there. They ARE peep holes, but hopefully they'll blossom into nice glory holes.

The bathroom just above that one has some promise for cruising. Out of the way and quiet. It would be easy to hook up in there and I'm sure that it sees some action at the right time of day....
